We will explore the sensations, emotions and thoughts that arise during mealtimes, allowing you to develop a deeper understanding of your body’s needs to create a more sustainable and balanced approach to eating.

Distance may be a factor, but rest assured through the use of online platforms and video chat, I can provide my services regardless of your location. Although I am based in Bristol UK, I am originally from Spain and I can offer sessions in Spanish if required. This platform allows us to connect, communicate, and schedule sessions at your convenience. You will have the freedom to exchange messages, share pictures and access resources through the platform (Healthie).
